Directed by Braeden A., the United Nations committees represent some of the most prominent and influential bodies in global diplomacy. These committees are widely recognized for tackling fundamental international issues and striving to develop effective solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.

General Assembly
The UN General Assembly acts as the main policy-making body of the United Nations. It is responsible for designating non-permanent members to the security council, receiving reports, budgeting, etc. The current theme of the general debate is “Better together: 80 years and more for peace, development and human rights”.

Security Council
The UN Security Council focuses on preserving international peace and security. It determines whether something is a threat to international peace or not. Then tries to help settle the dispute peacefully.

UN Women
UN Women’s main purpose is to fight discrimination against women. It is involved in humanitarian response efforts to make sure the needed support is given to women and girls in crisis-affected countries.​
UNICEF
The UNICEF is the United Nations Children’s Fund. Its purpose is to help children thrive by providing things essential to their survival. Like clean water, food, protection from violence, education, and disease immunization.

UNHRC
The UNHRC is the United Nations Human Rights Council. It's responsible for addressing human rights violations all over the world and promoting the protection of human rights. It looks into possible violations of human rights and encourages those who violate it to comply with international human rights standards.
